WeatherCare adopts a "Privacy First" design philosophy:

• Local Storage: All care recipients you add (names, avatars, cities) are stored only on your device locally and in your private iCloud space
• Weather Data: We use Apple WeatherKit to fetch weather information and do not store or share your queried city data
• AI Service: When generating care messages, we only send weather data (temperature, conditions) to the AI service, with no personal identification information
• Zero Tracking: We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking services

2. Data Usage

Your data is used only for the following purposes:

• Generate personalized weather care messages for your loved ones
• Display weather information in desktop widgets
• Sync your care recipient list across devices via iCloud

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with any third parties.

The only data transfer scenarios:

• Apple WeatherKit: Fetch weather forecasts (Apple official service, protected by Apple's Privacy Policy)
• AI Service: Send anonymous weather data when generating messages (no location or user information)
• iCloud: You can optionally enable iCloud sync, data is stored only in your private iCloud space

4. Data Security

• All local data uses iOS system-level encryption
• iCloud data is transmitted with end-to-end encryption
• Our servers do not store any user personal information

5. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Access Right: All data is stored on your device, you can view it at any time
• Deletion Right: You can delete any data in the App, or uninstall the App to permanently delete all data
• Export Right: You can export data through iCloud backup

6. Children's Privacy

WeatherCare is suitable for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you within the App.

2. User Responsibilities

When using WeatherCare, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (such as city names)
• Not use this application for any illegal or inappropriate behavior
• Respect others' privacy and not send harassing or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to hack, decompile, or interfere with the normal operation of this application

3. Service Provision and Changes

• Availability: We strive to ensure stable service operation, but do not guarantee the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
• Feature Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate some or all features at any time
• Updates: To improve user experience, we may periodically release updates, and recommend keeping the application up to date

4. Weather Data Disclaimer

Important Notice:

• Weather data is provided by Apple WeatherKit; we do not guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, or completeness
• Weather forecasts are for reference only; do not use them as the sole basis for emergency or critical decisions
• In extreme weather conditions, please refer to information released by local official meteorological departments

5. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated care messages are suggestions only; you are free to edit or not use them
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate; please use your own judgment
• We are not responsible for AI-generated content

6. Intellectual Property

• All content of WeatherCare (including but not limited to text, images, interface design, code) is protected by intellectual property law
• Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content of this application
• Content you create within the App (such as custom messages) belongs to you

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this application
• We are not responsible for any losses caused by inaccurate weather data
• We are not responsible for interruptions or failures of third-party services (such as Apple WeatherKit, AI services)

8. Paid Services

• WeatherCare is currently a free application
• If paid features are introduced in the future, we will notify in advance and clearly specify pricing
• All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and follow Apple's refund policy

9. Service Termination

We may terminate your access under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Abuse of services or malicious behavior
• Legal requirements

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is located
• Disputes arising from these Terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation
